Whatever one thinks within oneself in his own intelligence, that alone is experienced by him. To a suffering person a night is an epoch, and a night of revelry passes like a moment - SAGE VASISHT

Pacifying the Bad & Strong Planets...
If I say, chanting of the following mantras on specific days really works in pacifying your bad planets that brings distress to you in your day to day life , would you believe?, yes , they do work thats what I understand...
- SUNDAY "Om Hraam Hreem Hraum Sah Suryaya Namah" or even "Om Suryaya Namah"
- MONDAY "Om Chandramasay Namah" or even "Om Shraam Shreem Shraum Sah Chandramasay Namah"
- TUESDAY "Om Kraam Kreem Kraum Sah Bhaumai Namah"
- WEDNESDAY "Om Bum Budhaaya Namah"
- THURSDAY "Om Graam Greem Graum Sah Guruve Namah"
- FRIDAY "Om Shum Shukraaya Namah"
- SATURDAY "Om Sham Shanaishcharaya Namah" or even "Om Sri Shanaishwaraya Swaaha"
The results would come slow, but they do work, anyway my favourite day is Friday, ruled by planet Venus, the Goddess of Love and Beauty, and Saturday - ruled by Saturn, the God of Law and Justice, some interesting facts - Venus takes around 18 years to pass through all 12 Houses in a horoscope...

Kashi Vishwa Vidyalaya
There was a sage, he had ful knowledge of all the 4 vedas, various scriptures, religious texts etc. But without passing on all this knowledge to any person he passed away but he didnot attain liberation. His soul kept wandering around in search of a disciple to whom he could pass on all his knowledge.
Years passed away,a man of around 15-20 yrs old looking for some one to teach him about the 4 vedas etc reached Kashi, when he came across this soul and expressed his desire to learn, the soul told him that he has to remain in this house with the soul for 18 years without going out of the house, the man agreed and stayed for 18 years, at the end of 18 years having attained ful knowledge, the soul said that his time has come to depart, the soul left for heavenly planets and informed his disciple that he should continue to stay at Kashi, he will be able to take any form.
There is a huge Black board at the entrance of Kashi Vishwa Vidyalaya and it is said that any one who wants to know about anything under the sun, if writes his question on the black board seeking for answers, when returns next day, you will find the answer to your question written on the black board.
No body knows who writes but it is said that this is the same Man who has attained ful knowledge and comes in disguise in any form, may be a brahmin or any other human being and writes on the black board, what ever reply is written on the board that is bound to happen without fail.

Bhagavad Gita

The Bhagavad-Gita is the Gospel of Hinduism,so scientific and one of the great religious classics. Its simple, vivid message is a daily inspiration in the lives of millions throughout the world and has been so for countless generations. Its real Knowledge.
Perhaps the greatest piece of truly inspired spiritual literature ever written. Considered by many to be the epitome of the vast collection of writings that is Vedanta. Its the story of Lord Krishna's holy teachings and advice to a warrior whose heart is in great distress and suffering on the eve of battle. And aren't we all also on the eve of the battle of daily life? Lord Krishna explains the various ways a person can seek and find and know God and live blissfully.
The Bhagavad-gita is in seven hundred Sanskrit verses and consists of eighteen chapters.
The colophon of each chapter towards its end gives a brief idea of the content of the chapter. This classification would make one feel that the Bhagavad-gita deals with eighteen subjects. But actually each chapter has something to say about certain other things also apart from the main intention of the chapter as indicated in the colophon. So True,Further, on a reading of the entire Gita, even several times, it is likely that one may miss the true import of the teaching in as much as it is not easy to stratify in a serial or consecutive order the developmental process of thought in the Gita.. It helps you cross the mind limits and reach new levels, its spoken by God himself. there's nothing beyond Lord Krishna, nothing before him and nothing in between, Krishna is everything, everywhere, ever existing, endless, with no beginning, no middle, no end to it, its beyond the human senses and can be felt and understood only by devotion.
The International Society of Krishna Consciousness (Iskon) is one such organisation which is all about the Hare Krishna movement
